I'm going to start college next year they've said that there are some windows specific engineering software that we will be using in class. They recommended that we use something like Parallels if we have a mac which they offer at a 50% discount ($39.99). I would be able to get Windows 10 for free with my student e-mail so that cost doesn't matter. What should I use: bootcamp or parallels? Running windows and mac at the same time seems convenient since I would be able to run a lot of mac specific apps at the same time and my Mac OS would be my main account with all my files. However, I also want to be able to game on my mac with some decent responsiveness. Nothing crazy just maybe Fortnite. Is parallels really that bad to game on? I've heard they've made improvements.
